When going in for a job interview, do you give your References to the HR recruiter or to another person interviewing you (i.e., manager, team members, etc.) or both? And, can you also attach the References sheet with your application when you submit your resume online?

You will submit your references on the job application form. From which their HR dept will contact your references.
I actually had an interview yesterday at Chase and i was interviewed by 5 different people. I had about 4 copies of my resume but only one of the interviewers asked me for one. You should only give your resume to the people who ask for it.
